Monday, we had 10 TOPS and one KOPS weigh in plus one of our former members, Machel, came for a visit. We all were happy to see Machel and wish her luck as she lives in Omaha now. We had a chapter weight loss of 12.7 pounds and a net loss of 2.2 pounds. Keep up the good work Ladies! Our best weight loss was from Billie with a loose of 5.9 pounds. Billie also won the Two Bit Bowl challenge of $2.25. Lucky Lotto contest began again and also the Surprise Box supplied by Mary has started again. Our Chapter Challenge for this week is to call two of our TOPS sisters and encourage them on their weight loss journey to get healthy. Our SMART goal selfie motivator last week was won by Donna, which showed her using her weed eater to cut weeds around her home. She received a TOPS five highlighter set as a prize.
