We had 13 TOPS and one KOPS weigh in today. We had a chapter weight loss of 8.4 pounds and a net loss of 2.2 pounds. Keep up the good work Ladies! Our best weight loss was from Karen with 2.8 pounds. Lucky Lotto contest is going well and also the Surprise Box is doing well with 6 stickers added. Our Chapter Challenge for this week is to have salad at least three days this week. We had two certificates handed out to two hard working members. Donna has lost weight six weeks in a row and Cindy has reached 10 percent of her weight. Way to go Ladies!
