Dear Editor, Last evening on the 10 p.m. news (40/29) it was interesting to observe how well the recent Gay Pride Festival was received in Fayetteville. Fayetteville is a strong, prosperous city supported by a huge university and cannot be compared to Sallisaw. From the same 30-minute news report, I was surprised to learn that no flashing or message changing signs are allowed by the city. Bright LED signs are also prohibited.
