Federal jury convicts Muldrow man of sexual abuse of minor

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma has announced that Justin Floyd Qualls, aka Jay Qualls, 40, of Muldrow, has been found guilty by a federal jury of one count of aggravated sexual abuse of a minor in Indian Country.
