City rejects housing plan, sends it back for reassessment

Sallisaw City Commissioners like the plan by 55 Properties LLC “to create some quality housing” for the city on property adjacent to the food truck pavilion at Iola Avenue and Cedar Street. Ward 1 Commissioner Kenny Moody even praised the planned housing development: “I think it’s a great addition to the city.”
