Health risks of being overweight

We had 12 members in attendance Monday. Our Thinner Winner this week was Lynda with a loss of 2.8 pounds. Great job, Lynda! We had a new member join our chapter. Melissa, welcome to our fun-loving group of members who want to get healthy. This week our chapter had a net loss for the third week in a row. Way to go members! Next Monday, Shirley will take charge of the meeting since my husband and I will be gone to Durango, Colo., to celebrate our 57th Wedding Anniversary. Our Two-Bit Bowl will have to wait until next week for a winner. Our Lucky Lotto winner was Annette. She was happy with her winnings. The Surprise Box still has several stickers to be added. Our Chapter Challenge this coming week is to try and walk more.
