The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is seeking compassionate individuals to volunteer as advocates for residents in long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes, assisted living communities, and residential care homes. Volunteers can play an essential role in assisting and protecting the rights and well-being of residents to enhance their quality of care.
