Weight loss strategies

Monday, we had 14 TOPS and one KOPS in attendance. Our Thinner Winner this week was Cindy with a loss of 2.8 pounds. Great job, Cindy! This week our chapter had a net loss for the fifth week in a row. Way to go members! Next Monday, is Labor Day, but our members wanted to meet. Those that have family plans will come in and weigh and then leave to be with family. Our Two-Bit Bowl will have to wait until next week for a winner. Our Lucky Lotto is going great. The Surprise Box was won by Wande. Our Chapter Challenge this coming week is to eat early, not to eat too late.
