TULSA — After falling behind 14-0 in the first quarter, the Navy Midshipmen outscored the Tulsa Golden Hurricane 42-9 the rest of the way as Navy spoiled Tulsa’s America Athletic Conference opener by posting a 42-23 win Saturday night at Skelly Field at H.A. Chapman Stadium.
