Local runners compete in Muldrow Invitational

Several local high school and junior high cross country runners participated in the 2025 Muldrow Invitational, which took place Thursday at the old Muldrow Golf Course.

In the high school girls’ division, the Central Lady Tigers were runnersup (79 points) to team champion Silo (75 points). The host Muldrow Lady Bulldogs were fourth (116), and the Roland Lady Rangers were ninth (191).

Four local runners made the top 10 and six locals were among the top 20.

Central’s Sara Williams was second (12:51.83), Roland’s Molly Carver was fourth (13:54.86), Muldrow’s Tiphany Martinez was sixth (14:11.5) and Central’s Sadie Huff was eighth (14:16.93).

Muldrow’s Emma Fields was 15th (14:39.06), while Central’s Paris Campbell was 16th (14:39.3).

As for other local high school girls, Muldrow’s Crystal Harrison was 23rd (15:08.64), Gore’s Amelia White was 30th (15:20.74), Central’s Scarlett Harrison was 32nd (15:23.54), Central’s Xhayla Mosby was 33rd (15:28.75), Muldrow’s Genna Stephenson was 36th (15:40.01), Central’s Cambree Bair was 38th (15:47.82), Roland’s Cadence Cole was 53rd (16:53.17), Roland’s Landyn Ramey was 58th (17:05.92), Gore’s Rayleigh Moore was 62nd (17:38.06), Muldrow’s Isabelle Rogers was 63rd (17:56.05), Central’s Kaitlin Clark was 66th (18:06.53), Roland’s Abby Bower was 70th (18:58.54), Roland’s Madison Hall was 78th (19:55.25), Gore’s Avery Hoog was 80th (20:08.06), Gore’s Gracie Bruce was 84th (21:23.31), Sallisaw’s Destiny Clarke was 91st (29:29.94) and Sallisaw’s Kylee Wheat was 92nd (29:42.91).

In the high school boys’ division, Sallisaw’s Sama Salinas was runner-up with a time of 17:23.29.

One other local boys runner made the top 15 as Muldrow’s Jesse Kilinc was 11th (19:07.01).

As for other local high school boys, Muldrow’s Brody Israel was 27th (20:34.71), Roland’s Hunter Lowe was 36th (21:08.66), Sallisaw’s Dawson Glover was 38th (21:22.51), Roland’s Dylan Lowe was 43rd (22:01.32), Sallisaw’s Elijah Hilgendorf was 44th (22:01.54), Muldrow’s Parker McLane was 45th (22:02.15), Roland’s Brett Mauldin was 62nd (23:16.05), Roland’s Rayen Tally was 79th (25:35.92), Muldrow’s Averyn Dumas was 89th (27:35.93), Gore’s Clayton White was 92nd (28:44.1), Sallisaw’s Ethan Wilhite was 93rd (29:03), Muldrow’s Cy Bradbury was 94th (29:19.4), Muldrow’s Avos Denny was 106th (34:52.37), Muldrow’s Parker Sevenstar was 107th (35:01.63) and Muldrow’s Seth Nance was 108th (35:55.02).

The host Bulldogs were fifth in the team standings with 151 points, finishing behind team champion Sequoyah-Tahlequah (19 points), Heavener (63), Silo (85) and Warner (132).

In the junior high girls’ division, the Brushy Lady Mountaineers were runners-up to Poteau. Brushy had 79 points, while the Lady Pirates had a team-high 62 points. Central was sixth (138 points) and Sallisaw was 10th (250).

Four local runners made the top 15, with two more cracking the top 20.

Brushy’s Elizabeth Fleetwood was sixth (7:41.56), Gore’s Taylor Kinion was eighth (7:52.57), Brushy’s Avie Lamp was 13th (8:03.02) and Brushy’s Peyton Campbell was 15th (8:18.22). Brushy’s Hayley Bentley was 17th (8:27.4), while Central’s Bryar Goodson was 19th (8:29.28).

As for other JH girls, Central’s Henley Riggs was 26th (8:45.19), Central’s Kollyn Franklin was 29th (8:50.21), Sallisaw’s Mackenzie Moler was 33rd (8:53.64), Central’s Sailor Bauer was 36th (9:02.2), Brushy’s Lily McInerney was 37th (9:03.67), Central’s Scotti Wilson was 38th (9:06.88), Sallisaw’s Elizabeth Laudan was 43rd (9:14.25), Roland’s Marley Bonner was 44th (9:15.35), Brushy’s Jaden Fleetwood was 48th (9:28.39), Central’s Graye Riggs was 51st (9:37.28), Gore’s Annika Pruitt was 53rd (9:41.75), Central’s Olivia Blalock was 58th (9:53.77), Roland’s Kenzie Brant was 64th (10:13.57), Sallisaw’s Melania Duke was 65th (10:13.71), Brushy’s Addisyn Young was 67th (10:14.51), Gore’s Kimberlynn Quick was 68th (10:14.76), Sallisaw’s Addison McLaughlin was 70th (10:19.93), Sallisaw’s Carlee Bennett was 78th (10:53.58), Sallisaw’s Gabriella McFarland was 79th (11:03.84), Sallisaw’s Lyssa McClure was 88th (12:01.71), Central’s Cora True was 98th (12:53.39) and Sallisaw’s Addison Adams was 99th (12:55.9).

In the junior high boys’ division, the Gore Pirates were third (106 points), finishing behind team champion Panama (50 points) and Poteau (79). Central was sixth (132), while Roland was eighth (157).

Three JH boys made the top 10, with three more making the top 20.

Central’s Caden Bair was third (6:53.21), Gore’s Bryson Franco was seventh (7:17.29) and Sallisaw’s Toren Gates was eighth (7:18.47).

Roland’s Andrew Escobar was 14th (7:34.58), Brushy’s Haze Ross was 17th (7:39.7) and Gore’s Jayse Boyd was 19th (7:43.29).

As for other junior high boys, Gore’s Isaac McGrew was 23rd (7:55.94), Brushy’s Bronson Camacho was 31st (8:06.7), Roland’s Kash Earnhart was 32nd (8:10.09), Central’s Koleman Edwards was 33rd (8:12.33), Central’s Daxton Moldrup was 34th (8:13.72), Roland’s Greyson Corderman was 40th (8:16.65), Gore’s Quinn Montgomery was 43rd (8:26.25), Sallisaw’s Mason Leach was 44th (8:26.77), Central’s Zander Moldrup was 48th (8:33.28), Gore’s Cale Cox was 52nd (8:38.88), Roland’s Silas Kling was 53rd (8:39.6), Central’s Cutler Gillman was 60th (9:21.66), Central’s Austin Girty was 70th (10:23.33) and Roland’s Kyle Hammy McKinney was 78th (13:54.49).
