Bears are most definitely in this area

Recently, a 72 year old man was attacked and killed by a yearling male black bear in Arkansas. It was an unprovoked attack. The gentleman was riding his lawn mower tractor and was mauled. His son began throwing rocks at it and drove it away. However, even after being transported to a Fayetteville hospital, he succumbed the next day to his injuries, which were in the face, throat and chest area. Officials couldn’t remember an attack of this type in the last 25 years.
