Stress less, focus on the present

Monday, we had 11 TOPS and one KOPS members to weigh in. Cindy had our best weight loss for the week with a 5.6 pounds. Weigh to go, Cindy! Keep up the good work. The two-bit bowl winner was Willine winning $3.80. We have six more blocks to autograph for the Lucky Lotto contest to end. That contest should end next week. Our Ladder contest has Barbara and Cindy on the fourth rung to be tied for the lead. The Surprise Box was won by Annette. The Chapter Challenge this coming week is call a TOPS member to see how they are doing this week.
