Former Muldrow player has stellar game for University of the Ozarks in win over Lyon
CLARKSVILLE, Ark. — Former Muldrow Lady Bulldog basketball player Kennedi “Kiki” Wight had her second strongest outing for the University of the Ozarks in an 84-71 home win over Lyon College on Tuesday night at Mabee Gymnasium.
Wight, who is playing her first season of college basketball after being red-shirted last season due to recovering from an injury, scored 18 points and had six rebounds, four blocked shots and three assists.
So far this season, Wight is averaging 11.7 points and five rebounds a game to go with her season-total of nine blocked shots and four steals.
Wight and the Eagles (4-3) will return to action with a home game against Howard Payne University at 3 p.m. Dec. 20 at Mabee Gymnasium.
