Former Sallisaw player’s NSU RiverHawks beat ECU in First Americans Bowl

TAHLEQUAH — Former Sallisaw Black Diamonds football player Sim Kilpatrick and the Northeastern State University RiverHawks defeated the East Central University Tigers 56-21 in the inaugural First Americans Bowl last Saturday afternoon at Gable Field at Doc Wadley Stadium.
