Members enjoy Christmas potluck

This past Monday we had 17 TOPS members and one KOPS weighed in. Chapter net loss of 1.1 pounds was encouraging with Christmas celebrations beginning very soon. This week Jim had our best weight loss with a 3.8 pounds. Weigh to go, Jim! Keep up the good work. We did not have a business meeting this week. We decided to have a potluck dinner for our Christmas meal instead of going out to a restaurant. Thank you to everyone who brought something delicious to munch on. Thank you to all who helped set up the tables and also those who helped clean up.
