Honoring his service

For the past 32 years, Bobby Gene (B.G.) Risenhoover has served the citizens of Sequoyah County in District 3.

But Risenhoover is calling it quits.

In recognition of his retirement, District 3 Commissioner Jim Rogers presented Risenhoover with a plaque of appreciation. Calvin Teague, road foreman for District 3, was also on hand for the presentation at Monday’s weekly meeting of the county commissioners.
