Weight loss continues into new year

Monday, we had 20 TOPS, one KOPS member and new member Mark weigh in. Welcome to Chapter 0737 Sallisaw, MARK!!! Chapter net loss of 20.1 pounds was encouraging for the second week of the new year. This week Donna had our best weight loss with a 4.7 pounds. Weigh to go, Donna! Keep up the good work. Brenda H name was drawn for the Two Bit Bowl, but she had a slight gain so there will be more quarters for next week’s drawing. There are 3 more blocks to sign for the Lucky Lotto. Cindy and Sue are tied for the Ladder Contest. The Surprise Box has 3 more places to put a stamp. Our chapter challenge is to have a meatless menu for one day.
