VA appoints new director for System of the Ozarks

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Martha Smith as the new Medical Center Director of the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO). She will oversee h e a l t h c a re for more than 60,000 Veterans and manage an $840 million operating budget in order to serve Veterans living in 22 counties in northwest Arkansas, southwest Missouri, and eastern Oklahoma.
