Former Vian pitcher sees action against Eastern

W I L B U R T O N — Former Vian Wolverines pitcher Diego Ramos got the start for the Connors State College Cowboys in last Saturday’s opener against the host Eastern Oklahoma State College Mountaineers. Ramos (3-1) ended up suffering his first loss of the season as the Cowboys fell 7-3 to the Mountaineers. He pitched the first 1.1 innings with a strikeout.
