Grilled Cheesesteak Burritos

1lb steak, sliced thin 1 medium onion, sliced Shredded or sliced provolone 3 Tbsps. butter 4 burrito size flour tortillas Salt and pepper or other seasoning as desired Sauce: ¾ cup mayo 1-2 Tbsps. milk, as needed for drizzle consistency 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. horseradish sauce, more or less to taste In small bowl mix, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and milk. Mix well to combine. Add more milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, if needed until desired consistency is reached. Set aside. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add steak to skillet and season to taste. Cook 5 minutes or until browned. Drain excess fat. Remove from skillet. Layer each tortilla with cheese. Top with steak and onion. Fold both top and bottom of tortilla and roll up to seal. Place burrito seam side down hot skillet. Grill 5-7 minutes or until brown. Flip and brown other side. Plate and drizzle sauce on top. Serve hot. (I ended up leaving the sauce on the side and dipped it instead of drizzling) Recipe adapted from cookswellwithothers. com.
