1lb ground beef ½ cup diced onions Burger seasoning of your choice 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped ½ cup diced red onion 1 cup shredded cheese 1 cup tomato, diced ¼ cup dill pickles (sliced or diced), optional Preheat medium skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion to skillet and break it up as much as possible. Season to taste and cook until meat browns and is no longer pink. Stir well and keep breaking up clumps as it cooks. Drain off excess grease. Divide lettuce into bowls, top each bowl with beef, onion, cheese, pickle and tomato. Drizzle with dressing as desired and serve immediately.
