Students discover scientific method

Mrs. Sutterfield’s seventh and eighth grade science classes at Roland Middle School recently had lots of fun while learning about the steps of the scientific method.

The students had to create boats out of tin foil, and then hypothesize how many pennies the boat would hold before it sinks. They tested their hypothesis and recorded the results.
