Local softball player signs with OBU

WILBURTON — Former Vian Lady Wolverines softball player and current Eastern Oklahoma State College Lady Mountaineer Greenlee Wells, seated center, signs a letter of intent with Oklahoma Baptist University in a signing ceremony Friday afternoon at EOSC.

Family members joining Wells for the signing were sister Maisie Wells (who held her cellphone while on Facetime with older brother Tyrus), mother Amy Wells and father Rob Wells.

Maisie Wells signed with EOSC last month to follow in her older sister’s footsteps.
