Kozie Quilters say, ‘Let’s sew’

The Kozie Quilters of Sequoyah County met on Jan. 3, to set goals for the New Year. Dedicated members are very happy to stitch together tops and complete quilts for individuals in the county. Every Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to noon the group sews, shares ideas, and turns in incredibly beautiful quilts. The quilts will be delivered as needed to elementary schools, county agencies, fire victims, and other people in the county. During 2023, the Kozie Quilters donated 347 quilts to county individuals. Our goal is to exceed this number in 2024.
