Lilah Grace Owens

Lilah Grace Owens, 17 months old, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021. She was born on July 2, 2020, in Fort Smith to Josh and Rachael Owens. Lilah of was full of life, fearless, never met a stranger and was referred to as a little firecracker! She is preceded in death by her maternal step-grandfather, Mickey Stamps and maternal grandmother, Linda Nicodemus.

Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Community Bible Church, interment will be at Roselawn Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

She is survived by her parents, Josh and Rachael Owens of Spiro; two brothers, Mason and Reed Owens of the home; paternal grandmother, Samantha Stamps of Alma, Ark.; paternal grandfather, Blaine Owens and his wife Lori, of Roland; maternal grandfather, Ronald Nicodemus and his wife Joyce, of Fort Smith; paternal great-grandmother, Loy Owens of Roland; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mason Owens, Reed Owens, David Nicodemus, Isabel Nicodemus, Alex Gray and Cameron Ezell.

Family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family asks to commemorate Lilah‚s life by wearing bright colors to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Bible Church, 9201 South Dallas Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901.
