Muldrow Army veteran part of Cherokee Warrior Flight

The Cherokee Nation’s seventh annual Cherokee Warrior Flight departed last Thursday for Washington, D.C., with 14 veterans who served during World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War or Operation Enduring Freedom. James Robert Nelson, 77, of Muldrow, a U.S. Army veteran, was one of the 14 selected to participate.
