Muldrow girls win Poteau tournament

POTEAU — The Muldrow High School girls’ golf team recently won the Poteau Tournament at the Choctaw Golf Course. The Lady Bulldogs’ team score for the 18-hole tournament was 394, and Claire Tabor placed third after shooting a 93. Hope Moss (95) and Lani Israel (102) finished fifth and 10th, respectively, and Charity Moss (104) and Cailey Grinstead (111) also competed at the event.

Muldrow golfer Bobby Plank recently finished fifth in the Stigler and Muldrow tournaments. Plank, a senior, shot an 18-hole score of 89 in the Stigler Tournament at Brier Creek Golf Course and a 90 in the Muldrow Tournament at Ben Geren Golf Course in Fort Smith.
