A Marble City man is scheduled to appear for a felony disposition docket in Sequoyah County District Court on felony charges of alleged sexual battery Darrell W Rogers, 68, was formally charged with sexual battery, sodomy - victim mentally incapacitated and first-degree rape on July 26 and a warrant was issued for his arrest, according to court records.
