Beverly Ann Phillips, 55, of Sallisaw, died on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2023, in Sallisaw. She was born on March 8, 1967, in Miami, Fla., to Gordon and Janett Rees.
No formal service is planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Forever Memories Funeral Services.
She was raised in Buffalo, N.Y., graduated from Canisius College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She was a counselor for many years.
Survivors include her spouse, Keith Aaron Phillips; three children, Lydia Paige Phillips, Lindsey Nichole Phillips and Lia Michelle Phillips; and her mother.
She was preceded in death by her father.
