2lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ginger powder 2 Tbsps. avocado oil Glaze: 2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce 4 Tbsps. orange juice 8 Tbsps. honey 1 tsp. ginger powder Rub oil into both sides of chicken. Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, ginger and garlic and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes (up to 20 minutes) before baking. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes. While chicken bakes, bring glaze ingredients to simmer in small sauce pan. Turn heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced to glaze, about 12 minutes. Brush glaze over chicken and cook another 5-10 minutes or until cooked through. Let meat sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with more honey glaze if desired.
