Apple Pie Cups
2 12.4oz cans refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8 count) 1 21-oz can apple pie filling Icing, from cinnamon roll package Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray muffin tin with nonstick baking spray. Open cinnamon roll package and remove one cinnamon roll. Flatten it with your fingertips. Press flattened cinnamon roll into one muffin cup to fit. Repeat for remaining muffin cups. Spoon apple pie filling into each muffin cup until 3/4 full. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until puffy and golden. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 5 minutes. Slide small spatula around edges to remove cups. Heat icing in the microwave for 10 seconds on low-power. Drizzle icing onto cups. Feel free to serve with ice cream or caramel sauce instead. YUM!
