A cinnamon roll is a sheet of dough heaven with butter spread over it and then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Some have nuts or raisins added and some versions are made with honey. Then, the dough is rolled up and sliced into even round pieces. Once baked, they are spread with icing and enjoyed the world over. They are often served in a small 2”round or a larger 4” round but the biggest are 8” or even a 10” round served in Finland. I love a good cinnamon roll.
