Good fences make good neighbors

Derik Gish, owner of DG Fencing in Sallisaw, has installed a new 350-foot-long black wrought iron fence running along South Dogwood Street at Liberty Elementary School. The new fence replaces one Gish estimates was installed in the 1980s.

Next on Gish’s Christmas break list of improvements is a 1,400-foot-long fence at the middle school along J.T. Stites Boulevard. The middle school project will be completed in four phases, Gish says.
