Half-price membership January

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and looking forward to a great New Year! Today at TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly), we had a weigh in only, but sat around visiting and wishing our treasurer, Doris, a Happy Birthday by singing to her. We had 10 members weigh in. Today we call it a ‘black day weigh in because today we don’t have gain or loss show up on our weight charts because we are starting a new year. To my surprise I lost 4.6 pounds over the holidays. I am excited for our chapter this year because they are getting motivated for a good loss year. I did notice on our attendance chart of smiley emojis that several lost weight over the holidays. Great job, Ladies!
