Miller sentenced for fentanyl distribution after overdose death of Vian man
A Roland man pleaded guilty on Monday in Sequoyah County District Court and was sentenced to 30 years in prison after distributing fentanyl to a Vian man, who then reportedly died from an overdose.
According to the original probable cause affidavit filed in the case, Jordan K. Miller, 28, sold pills containing a fatal amount of fentanyl to Gavin Kemper, 30, of Vian. Kemper reportedly drove to Van Buren, Ark., to purchase the pills from Miller.
