Shupert retires

Barry Orendorff, Rural Water District 3 chairman of the board, has announced the retirement of Michael Shupert, business manager for RWD #3. Shupert has been at the helm of RWD #3 for over 19 years.

“Michael has done an excellent job of with his duties for the membership of RWD #3. He has been the ‘go to guy’ anytime they had an issue — day or night his phone was always on,” Orendorff said. “We cannot thank him enough for his years of dedicated service.”

Shupert will now devote his time to his successful H&R Block Tax Service in Sallisaw.
