SALLISAW TOPS

Encouragement and support

By Billie Anthony

This past Monday we had 15 ladies weigh in. Machelle had the best weight loss this week with 1.3 pounds gone. Machelle was also our best percentage weight loss, so we awarded her with a boxed surprise gift and also a bottle of water with a flavor envelope. Machelle is doing great, also encouraging our chapter with her excitement of moving down into a new weight division. Way to go, Machelle! Machelle’s name was drawn for the Two Bit Bowl and she won the quarters! Our Losers Lotto contest is going well. Our Surprise box has a few more stickers to be marked off. The Ladder Contest has started again. Good luck, Ladies! We have one more week left for the percentage contest. The chapter challenge for this week is to read our TOPS Day One magazine and have a weight loss next week. Let’s see another good loss next week.
