Animal ordinance ‘is in no way final,’ but social media users in an uproar

You don’t have to tell Sallisaw City Manager Keith Skelton that proposed changes to the city’s animal ordinance have caused an uproar among animal lovers and exploded as vitriol on social media. There’s even an online petition being circulated calling for Skelton’s removal.
