Cheesy Monkey Bread
1 stick salted butter melted, ½ cup 2 cloves garlic finely minced, or 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley finely chopped 1 16oz can biscuit dough 1 tsp. fresh chives finely chopped, optional 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese 2 Tbsps. p a rme s a n cheese, grated Comb ine butter, garlic and parsley in small bowl and mix well. Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously grease a 9×9 baking dish. Cut each biscuit into four pieces. Pour ¼ cup of the garlic butter and mix with chives in large bowl. Add biscuits and toss well. Add cheeses and mix to combine. Place in prepared pan and top with any remaining cheese and butter mixture from the bowl. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Rest 10 minutes before serving. Brush with reserved garlic butter and serve warm.
